Marvell Libertas 802.11g Chipset Powers Netgear Wireless Products

1/6/2004 - Marvell® (NASDAQ: MRVL), a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications and storage solutions, announced that its industry-leading Marvell LibertasTM 802.11g Wireless LAN chipset solution has been selected by NETGEAR® a worldwide provider of technologically advanced, branded networking products, for its new 802.11g home networking solutions. NETGEAR selected Marvell’s 802.11g Home Gateway solution based upon its high-level of integration and its ability to allow NETGEAR to accelerate the widespread adoption of 54Mbps 802.11g connectivity.
