8/26/2003 - Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) announced the availability of two new selection guides, the "Basic Instruments 2003 Selection Guide" and the "Digital, Design & Debug Solutions 2003 Selection Guide." Each guide includes selection tables with the most important specifications to help R&D and manufacturing test engineers quickly identify products of interest. Individual URLs are included for easy navigation on the Web, where more detailed product and application information is available.
The "Basic Instruments 2003 Selection Guide" features product families of oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, data acquisition, switches, frequency and time interval counters, function/arbitrary waveform generators, power supplies, GPIB cards and converters, test and measurement software, and extended warranty, calibration and engineering services. Highlighted is the new Test Automation Kit, which helps customers create a working test system in minutes instead of weeks.
The "Digital, Design & Debug Solutions 2003 Selection Guide" focuses on tough challenges in FPGA-based systems. The product set includes oscilloscopes with bandwidths ranging from 60 MHz to 6 GHz, including the award-winning InfiniiMax Probing Systems. Logic analyzers include PC-hosted, standalone, modular logic analysis systems and modules, and probing solutions as well as products for processor, bus and FPGA support. The Agilent family of pulse/pattern generators, the Agilent 86100 Infiniium Digital Communications Analyzer Family, bit error ratio testers, including ParBERT and serial BERT, and test and measurement software are also featured.
