Altera Offers ASIC Alternative in Web Seminar
7/15/2003 - Altera Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTR) is hosting a net seminar discussion about how designers can use the HardCopyTM device family, a complete ASIC-alternative, to reduce cost, improve time-to-market, and reduce risk when bringing a design from prototype to production. Participants will also be given an overview of the industry’s first design flow for the development of both FPGAs and ASIC-like low-cost mask-programmed devices, now available in Altera’s Quartus® II version 3.0 design software.
