7/2/2003 - froglogic, a start-up company founded by former Trolltech employees, announced the availability of new Qt consultancy services and development tools. froglogic's first product, froglogic Tq, is a migration tool that assists in the porting of applications written in Tcl/Tk to Qt by seamlessly integrating widgets of both toolkits into a single application. froglogic will also offer services ranging from contract based development of specialized components to mentoring during Qt projects.
"With the release of froglogic Tq, plus the availability of the services offered by froglogic, the Qt development community has gained another trusted source of Qt knowledge and support," said Eirik Eng, Trolltech President.
"We see a growing demand for Qt-based add-on products and services, which is why we decided to base our business on providing high quality, market-driven solutions for projects using Qt," said Reginald Stadlbauer, co-founder of froglogic.
