5/23/2003 - Jungo® Software Technologies' latest version of its WinDriverTM driver development tool now supports driver development for both PCI and USB devices running Microsoft® Windows® CE.NET on MIPS-basedTM Platforms, as well as PCI and USB devices running Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
"WinDriver's cross platform capabilities enable porting of WinDriver-based driver code to any of the major operating systems supported," said Ophir Herbst, General Manager of Jungo's Software Tools Division. "The new version of the toolkit demonstrates our commitment to constantly support latest platforms and technologies, providing greater flexibility for developers in both the desktop and the embedded world."
Version 6.02 also includes support for USB driver development in the DelphiTM (Pascal) development environment compatible with the new WinDriver USB API recently introduced in version 6.00. Delphi support for USB includes samples and wizard code generation capabilities.
