5/6/2003 - The Titan Corporation (NYSE:TTN) announced that the company is one of three that the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has awarded an eleven-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract having a total potential value of $300 million to provide specialized engineering services to the agency. Under the contract, Titan will develop, demonstrate and transition to deployed systems technologies for protection of electronics from radio frequency/high-power microwave threats and nuclear electromagnetic environments. Titan will also conduct electromagnetic weapon lethality assessments.
