“Multi-Tech’s direction has always been to better serve business customers with the latest in data communications and telecommunications products,” states Chip Harleman, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Multi-Tech Systems, Inc. “The selection of cellular wireless products is the best choice for Multi-Tech to enter the wireless market. That is because the performance of cellular wireless data best fits with what businesses need and what they now use with PSTN communications. Cellular wireless data offers geographical continuity for dispersed applications, and the security of traditional data communications. We have been providing this type of communications for the business community for all of our 30 plus years. Needless to say we are very familiar with this environment. The embedded wireless products we developed are both GSM and CDMA products. That combination nicely matches our worldwide channels of distribution. We believe cellular wireless solutions will continue to provide the best answers to business wireless needs in the future, and our newly announced products prepare us for that future.”
