Addsystems Outsources IT Support to Fujitsu Invia

4/24/2003 - Addsystems, a leading Swedish supplier of web-based command and control systems, has signed an outsourcing contract with Fujitsu Invia. Invia manages the operation and maintenance of Addsystems’ IT environment.

Founded in 2000, Addsystems has become one of Sweden’s leading suppliers of web-based applications for environment and quality systems, document-, pcocess- and workflow management. The company’s product "Add" is delivered as an ASP solution.

Addsystems’ major argument for outsourcing was increased resources and reliability of IT environment. The most crucial criterion in choosing the supplier was its solid experience of corresponding solutions.

"Operational costs are more or less the same but now we are getting much more for the same amount of money. Before, our staff spent too much time in pondering over internal problems and IT questions, which is now freed for sales activities and customer care. This is a splendid improvement", says Henrik von Schoultz of Addsystems.

Addsystems’s solution provides companies and organisations with a tool for better management of environment, quality and occupational health issues. New methods and advanced technology helps companies and organisations to halve the costs and time spent in such processes and control systems.
