The Americas, Europe, and China revenue growth reached 63%, 40.3%, and 22% respectively compared to the same period last year. Territories of significant sales increase over 50% included Korea, Germany, European distributors, Brazil, and United States.
For the year 2003, Advantech Industrial Automation Group will gear towards market segmentation development strategies, leveraging technology development center in China, US and Germany, extending headquarter function to China and US, and allying with global eAutomation solution partners. The target markets are as follows Facility Management, Environmental Monitoring, eFactory, Machine Automation, Building Automation, and Surveillance.
