I-BUS, Channel Access to Market High Availability Computer Systems

4/8/2003 - I-Bus Corporation (San Jose, CA) and Channel Access, LLC (Los Gatos, CA) have agreed to jointly market the I-Bus ContinuonTM family of High Availability computer systems.

"The I-Bus ContinuonTM family blade server product introduces the industry's smallest footprint 16 blade dual fabric switch system with a N+1 redundant AC or DC power subsystem and a patented dual isolated hot-swap power input modules." said I-Bus President & CEO Johni Chan. "It is the most comprehensive, application ready platform compliant to PICMG 2.16 and PICMG 2.9 standards with integrated system management to provide ease of service and management for systems consisting of heterogeneous types blades. With 11 patent applications filed and 7 patents pending, the I-BUS ContinuonTM family product is the stepping stone to I-Bus next generation Infini-AvailabilityTM blade server platforms."
