Built within a vehicle designed to provide maximum flexibility for rapid, all-weather on-site deployment, Titan's Mobile Emergency Operations Vehicle (MEOV) is tailored to provide a complete emergency response command and control center capable of addressing virtually any disaster-from an earthquake to a terrorist attack.
