3/6/2003 - Anritsu announces the promotion of Paul Hunter to the position of Managing Director of Anritsu Ltd., which is the holding company for all of Anritsu’s European operations. In this new position, Hunter will take leadership of the company’s European operations.
Hunter will also continue as the General Manager of Anritsu’s European Measurement Division, located in Stevenage and Luton, England. This division has been responsible for leading the way in developing and producing solutions for measurement and testing of communications technologies including W-CDMA for third-generation mobile systems, W-LAN and Bluetooth.
Prior to joining Anritsu, Hunter held a variety of positions in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France and Germany for companies such as Nortel Networks, Marconi, Mobile Systems International and Tertio. He earned a degree from Warwick University, England, as well as a Masters of Electrical Engineering from Carleton University, Canada.
