As the only deployable standards-based switched fabric architecture, PICMG 2.16 enables system architects to design high-bandwidth, highly scalable distributed systems. Systems based on 2.16 have the ability to incorporate HA fault-tolerant features that are often difficult to manage using existing bus-based architectures, such as PCI.

The Performance Technologies seminar will discuss architecture and application planning, system-level considerations, fabric and node elements, software design, IP-based integration methods and fault-tolerant HA configurations. The seminar will also address the complementary CompactTCA and AdvancedTCA standards.
