2/11/2003 - Conexant Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNXT), a worldwide leader in semiconductor system solutions for communications applications, announced that its single-chip asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) solution has been selected for use in ADSL customer premise equipment (CPE) modems from Etek Technology Co. Ltd., a leading ADSL equipment provider in China. Etek’s modems will be bundled with digital subscriber line access multiplexers (DSLAMs) from Huawei Technologies Co., a global supplier of telecoms infrastructure, for deployment in China.
