Integrated with a high performance residential gateway, REDSonic's DMA solution is designed for home users to playback digital media (including popular Audio/Video format files and digital still pictures) on a TV or stereo system. This solution is implemented on Micrel's KS8695P single-chip, integrated ARM9 gateway platform and Sigma Designs' EM8475 MPEG decoder hardware. REDSonic's software is based on the emerging connectivity UPnP A/V connectivity standard.
