12/15/2003 - Reasoning, the leading provider of automated software inspection (ASI) services, announced that Tokyo-based Hitachi Systems & Services, Ltd. (Hitachi SAS) will become a full service provider of Reasoning’s inspection services. Under the terms of the agreement, Hitachi SAS will resell Reasoning’s ASI services, perform inspections and analysis, and support all Japan-based customers from its inspection center in Nagoya, Japan.
The extended agreement enables Reasoning to enhance its sales and support infrastructure to better meet demand, while enabling Hitachi SAS to better support its customers. As part of the expanded relationship, Hitachi SAS staff underwent extensive training and certification for the delivery of ASI services at Reasoning’s headquarters. Through Hitachi’s proven sales, marketing and account management, the two companies expect the demand for ASI services to grow throughout Asia.
