Venturcom Opens State-of-the-art Global Education Center
11/21/2003 - Venturcom, Inc., a leading provider of embedded and PC remote boot and image management solutions, and a Microsoft Windows Embedded Partner Gold-Level Member, announced the opening of its new Global Education Center. Conveniently located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts at Venturcom’s corporate headquarters, the center significantly expands Venturcom’s training capabilities by providing dedicated classroom space and equipment as well as a venue for showcasing outstanding customer and partner designs.
Venturcom training has been designed to increase productivity with all of Venturcom and Microsoft Windows Embedded products, thereby speeding clients’ time-to-market for their embedded solutions. The company’s small class sizes and low student-to-instructor ratios provide greater opportunity for one-on-one consultations. In addition to product and programming fundamentals, instructors deliver real world troubleshooting tips that can’t be learned from books or Web sites. The Venturcom Global Education Center is equipped with PCs for each student allowing all students to directly apply what they learn through hands-on laboratory exercises.

National Instruments, a leader in virtual instrumentation and a Venturcom customer, has supplied hardware for the training center, and its LabVIEW Real-Time graphical development software, powered by Venturcom’s Phar Lap ETS® software, is one of the applications showcased in the center’s demonstration area.

This course is held in our education center or can conveniently be delivered at the customer site.

- Our new course is a “do-not-miss” third day add-on to our standard XP Embedded class. The third day provides the opportunity to apply the concepts and practices covered in Windows XP SP1 Embedded training in a real world development environment. Students begin development on their own project, which translates into increased productivity before they even return to the office. Prerequisite: Windows XP SP1 Embedded.
