Ceragon Networks Launches 6 GHz 155 Mbps Long-Haul Broadband Wireless System

1/30/2003 - Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), www.ceragon.com, a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless systems, announced the expansion of the frequency range of its FibeAirTM product family with the addition of a 6 GHz STM1/OC3 long-haul wireless system.

The 6 GHz system builds upon Ceragon's industry-unique product platform. This modular platform offers a comprehensive series of solutions including a wide range of frequency bands, capacities, protocols, modulation schemes and networking capabilities.

Ceragon's solution portfolio now enables a wireless high-capacity, carrier-class connection between two locations over tens of kilometers apart by utilizing frequency and space diversity with hitless, errorless switching. The 6 GHz frequency band is well suited for utilization by cellular operators, service providers and enterprises.
