1/29/2003 - Inno Micro and IP Infusion announced that Inno Micro will market IP Infusion's ZebOSTM Advanced Routing Suite to communications systems developers in Japan. This product offering will include IP Infusion's entire set of source code products, including IPv4 and IPv6 routing, MPLS traffic engineering and VPN solutions, multicast, and network processing.
Inno Micro will focus on marketing IP Infusion's products to communications companies and will leverage its relationships with key semiconductor manufacturers to offer complete protocol solutions for a broad range of communications products.
"IP Infusion is proud to be working with Inno Micro to market our carrier-class routing and switching solutions throughout Japan," said Yoshinari Yoshikawa, Founder and Vice President of IP Infusion. "With their excellent background in semiconductors and communications systems, we feel that we have found a partner that has both the technical and industry knowledge to continue our success in Japan."
"Communications systems designers are increasingly asking for off-the-shelf components to allow them to rapidly deliver solutions to market," said Takashi Tsumori, Chief Executive Officer of Inno Micro. "In the past this mainly focused on hardware components. Today we are hearing more of our customers ask for the complete solution, including key software and network processing components needed to provision IP related services. With IP Infusion's family of ZebOS routing and switching modules, Inno Micro can offer complete hardware and software component solutions for developers of access, edge, and core communications systems."
