9/30/2002 - Atmel® announced that it has awarded a distribution agreement in France to IMASYS for Atmel's CCD Camera lines. IMASYS will source Atmel's AVIIVA M2 linescan range (0.5, 1-2-4 Kpixels high speed), CAMELIATM areascan family (resolution up to 8 Mpixels) and the recently announce AVIIVATM C2 monoline color camera family.
Christophe Robinet, Camera Marketing Manager for Atmel, said, "With their offer of a large range of vision solutions, many years of experience and high quality of service, they will add significant value to the customer relationships Atmel already has in France."
