8/29/2002 - Celestry Design Technologies, the leading provider of Silicon Accurate Sign-offTM technology for the semiconductor and electronics industry, announced that SOTA Design Technology (Hsinchu, Taiwan), a member of TSMC Design Service Alliance, has selected Celestry’s Nautilus-SITM for deep submicron noise analysis.
Celestry’s Nautilus-SI analyzes signal integrity problems such as noise and delays due to cross-talk coupling in deep submicron designs.
According to Mr.Yih-Sheng Wey, President of SOTA, "Our partnership with Celestry adds value to our design services. Nautilus-SI provides accurate coupling noise analysis. It also gives us a noise report that helps us spot glitch problems that cause designs to fail, an accurate SDF file that includes the delay change due to coupling, which is a major problem for designs at 0.18micron and below process, and a way to fix problems with ECO scripts that feed back into place and route tools."
"With shorter and shorter time to market requirements our customers demand first-silicon success. SOTA’s choice of our Nautilus-SI product is an example of how important our physical analysis solutions are for Silicon Accurate Sign-off," noted Dr. Zhihong Liu, President and CEO of Celestry.
