Amulet Released New Easy GUI I/O Simulator Board

8/8/2002 - Amulet Technologies released its Easy GUI I/O Simulator Board for testing the inputs and outputs of graphical user interfaces (GUI's) created using Amulet's Easy GUI Technology. According to Jim Todd, Sales Director, "The I/O board was originally designed for demonstrating our technology to customers and at trade shows. Customer interest was so overwhelming that we decided to make the board available to our installed base at a minimal cost. Our customers can use the I/O board to rapidly evaluate and test their user interface designs they create using our technology."

More About The I/O Simulator Board
The I/O Simulator Board (part number IO3001) can be used to simulate the interaction between an Amulet Easy GUI display and an embedded micro. The board is equipped with potentiometers, LED's, switches, an audio circuit, and an Atmel AVR microprocessor. The Atmel AVR is programmed and ready-to-go. The various board components can interact with Amulet Widgets, such as: bargraphs, lineplots, numeric fields, string fields, check boxes, radio buttons, and function buttons.
