Marimba to Settle Patent Dispute with Beck Systems

7/23/2002 - Marimba, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRBA), the Software Change-Management Company, today announced that subject to court approval, it has settled its pending patent dispute with Beck Systems, Inc., and that they each have agreed to dismiss with prejudice their claims in the patent infringement lawsuit brought by Beck Systems against Marimba. Under the settlement agreement, Marimba will obtain a license to Beck Systems’ patents. The remaining terms of the settlement are confidential.
