JUMPtec Names EMJ Embedded Systems Distributor of the Year

7/18/2002 - JUMPtec has named EMJ Embedded Systems Distributor of the Year from among its 30 worldwide distributors. The announcement was made on June 24 in Deggendorf, Germany, during JUMPtec's annual distributorsí meeting. EMJ was cited for achieving top sales volume in 2001.

EMJ is a stocking distributor for JUMPtec products. Its website www.emjembedded.com provides spec sheets and online ordering and technical support. Sales and technical support are also available by calling EMJ toll-free. And EMJ promotes JUMPtec products through its active participation in embedded industry trade shows and advertising.

EMJ Vice President Mark Estill was present to accept the Distributor of the Year Award and said, "I am very pleased to accept this recognition on behalf of EMJ Embedded Systems for the second year in a row. JUMPtec Industrielle Computertechnik AG (Deggendorf) and Kontron Embedded Computers AG (Eching, near Munich) have merged since the Distributor of the Year award was given to EMJ Embedded Systems. Under the terms of the merger, JUMPtec Adastra, the North American subsidiary of JUMPtec AG, will go by the name Kontron America.
