7/9/2002 - Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE: CY) today announced that it had signed a distribution agreement with Digi-Key Corporation, a leading global distributor of quality electronic components. Digi-Key’s broad market reach – achieved through its catalog and online sales mechanisms – helps Cypress round out its distribution strategy and deliver excellent support to prototype, academic, and individual engineering customers who need Cypress’s broad range of semiconductor devices and design tools.
