Extended Systems Releases XTNDConnect PC 4.8

7/3/2002 - Extended Systems (NASDAQ: XTND), a leading provider of mobile data management and wireless connectivity solutions, announced today that it has released XTNDConnect PC version 4.8.

The new version of software adds synchronization support for three additional personal information management (PIM) applications, including Microsoft Outlook Notes, Palm Memo Pad and Lotus Notes Journal. Other enhancements include read/unread email status filters and support for ACT! 5.0.
