BROADCOM Q2 CONFERENCE CALL

7/3/2002 - Broadcom Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM), the leading provider of integrated circuits enabling broadband communications, will conduct a conference call with analysts and investors following the release of its second quarter 2002 earnings on Thursday, July 18, 2002. The conference call will be conducted by Dr. Henry T. Nicholas III, President and Chief Executive Officer, and William J. Ruehle, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Debugging Analog Mixed Signal Circuits
