7/1/2002 - RAMiX Inc receives ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000 certification. On its first attempt, RAMiX Inc has officially been recognized for the company’s continued commitment to enhance quality achievements and was awarded certification to ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000.
RAMiX’s certification to ISO 9001:2000 incorporates all areas of quality controls within the company’s product realization processes – from design and development of hardware and software engineering, through manufacturing to test, inspection and shipment. RAMiX was audited for quality management system certification in April this year and, after just one year of preparation, passed the audit on its first attempt.
“Quality has always been an integral part of our product development and production,” explained Saeed Karamooz, President and CEO of RAMiX. “When we founded the company, we placed particular importance on the quality of both our products and our process controls. Our commitment was increased still further when we introduced two automated surface mount assembly lines to our production facilities at our Headquarters in Ventura. Having grown the company with these standards in mind, it was an easy step for us to obtain the official recognition for what, to us, are everyday procedures”.
RAMiX has always recognized the challenge of winning and sustaining customer confidence in a highly competitive market. The company consistently strives to achieve customer satisfaction with the timely delivery of quality products that fully meet the expectations of our customers. To enhance this customer satisfaction, RAMiX is committed to providing rapid servicing and technical support with facilities in the USA and Europe.
The application, submitted in May of this year, was approved by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. The official Certificate of Registration was issued 23 April 2002 and presented to RAMiX on June 24, 2002.
