6/28/2002 - IntelliSafeTM Technologies, a division of Compass Technology Management, Inc. and Datum's (Nasdaq: DATM) Trusted Time Division have formed an agreement to integrate Intellisafe Vault™ with Datum's Trusted Time™ StampServer™. Combining Intellisafe Vault's functionality to create, sign and store legally binding, authoritative documents in a paperless environment with the StampServer's ability to provide secure, certifiable and auditable time stamps offers businesses a solution to create legally enforceable electronic documents and transactions.
For customers, the solution eliminates costs associated with signing, sending, and storing high value critical documents and speeds up transactions so that multiple signers in geographically dispersed locations can sign at the same time without waiting on express deliveries or traveling to a common location.
