Interactive Intelligence Supports AudioCodes' IPmedia™ Technology In Upgraded Version of Interaction Management Software

6/10/2002 - Interactive Intelligence Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) has added support for the IPM-260 PCI Media Processing Board from AudioCodes Ltd. (Nasdaq: AUDC) in version 2.2 of its interaction management software for contact centers called Customer Interaction Center™ (CIC). The IPM-260 board gives CIC 2.2 voice over IP capabilities and makes it compatible with select session initiation protocol-capable soft and hard phones.
