5/28/2002 - SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK) today introduced its first combination software - flash memory expansion card for Palm OS devices -- a 32 megabyte (MB) Secure Digital™ (SD) card pre-loaded with the popular BackupBuddy VFS™ software application from Blue Nomad Inc. The SD Expansion Card was launched in conjunction with the introduction today of the new Handspring™ Treo™ 90, a sleek and lightweight organizer with a built-in keyboard, full-color display, 16MB of memory and Secure Digital/MultiMediaCard expansion capabilities.
