U.S. Army's Communications and Electronics Command Awards Titan $100 Million Contract for Procurement of Communications Products and Services

5/16/2002 - The Titan Corporation (NYSE: TTN) announced today that its subsidiary, Titan Systems Corporation, has been awarded an indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract by the U.S. Army with a potential value, with options if exercised, of $100 million through April 2007. Awarded by the Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM), located at Ft. Monmouth, NJ, the contract calls for the procurement of assorted communications products, accessories and support services.
