5/14/2002 - Interphase Corporation (NASDAQ: INPH), an international supplier of next-generation I/O networking technologies, today announced a new organization dedicated to serving customers: the Interphase Technical Support Services team. This new support organization at Interphase will offer a broad range of extended technical support services and packages that allow each customer to tailor support according to their unique needs. Service options include on-site education and training programs, "24 x 7" global support, extended warranties, on-site technical support, assigned technical support account managers for a single point-of-contact, incident queue prioritization and customized web-based resources including incident tracking, support logs and development schedules. The members of the Technical Support Services team have extensive training and expertise within the embedded I/O applications engineering environment and seek to address the needs of telecommunications and enterprise equipment manufacturers with their services.
