California Micro Devices Introduces New Power Product for Pentium 4 PC Motherboards

4/30/2002 - California Micro Devices (Nasdaq: CAMD) today announced it has expanded its power product offerings with the CM3102-12 a new 1.2V low voltage LDO regulator that includes a power-good signal, specially designed to work with virtually all next generation PCs. The CM3102-12 provides power sequencing information necessary for correctly powering up the 478-pin Intel® Pentium® 4 processor. The LDO product can also be used in other applications that require a 150mA 1.2V regulated supply with a power-good signal such as PCMCIA Vcc and Vpp regulation/switching.
