Customer Loyalty Index Hits High Point In Cypress Q102 Customer Satisfaction Survey

4/22/2002 - Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE: CY) today announced that its Q102 customer satisfaction survey ranking the company against the industry’s best shows that customer loyalty has reached a high point unmatched since Cypress began polling its customers in 2000. In addition, Cypress received its highest rankings ever in Service Quality, Product Availability, and Product Development and Technology Leadership. Cypress showed a quarter-on-quarter improvement in Responsiveness.
