Wipro announces successful completion of CRM project at Pepco Energy Services, US

3/20/2002 - Wipro Technologies announced today that it has successfully completed Siebel/ABP integration project for Pepco Energy Services, Inc., Washington, D.C.,. The project is a significant milestone in Pepco Energy Services' PES's CRM and Business process initiatives. The integration project allows for the seamless exchange of information between Pepco Energy Services, its Sales Agents, its billing service provider (ABP host) and the many local utilities it exchanges information with. The project also has enabled several advanced features for their users resulting in faster and higher quality of customer service.
