3/7/2002 - Sensory, Inc., the leader in embedded speech technologies, announced today support for Windows PCs with its Fluent Speech Software Development Kit (SDK). The Fluent Speech SDK enables companies to integrate high quality, large-vocabulary Speaker Independent recognition into Windows/x86 and PocketPC2002/StrongARM applications. The highly configurable phonemic-based recognition engine requires no training and is capable of recognizing up to 50,000 words or phrases. The SDK includes modifiable examples to jump-start application development. The Fluent Speech SDK costs $1995 and will be released in the second quarter of 2002.
