3/7/2002 - California Micro Devices (Nasdaq:CAMD) today presented the financial outlook for its fiscal fourth quarter, which ends March 31, 2001. The company expects to report revenue between $7.5 and $8.0 million, up from $7.0 million in the prior quarter. Pro forma net loss per share, before restructuring and other charges related to its manufacturing transition, is expected to be between $0.35 and $0.29, an improvement over the pro forma net loss per share of $0.40 reported in the prior quarter.
