(NYSE: A) announced a free, 45-day trial offer of the Agilent Test and Measurement (T&M) Programmers Toolkit and the Agilent Developers Network (ADN) Professional. The offer provides engineers with an opportunity to explore Agilent's test development software and services.
The T&M Programmers Toolkit is an easy-to-use, open standard, software development suite that extends Microsoft(r) Visual Studio .NET to the development of test and measurement applications. The T&M Toolkit helps users create, debug and run T&M control software.
ADN Professional provides access to the latest Windows(r)-based T&M components and updates, as well as online and phone support for connecting T&M equipment to computers. Engineers also can access ADN Basic, a free Web-based one-stop source for an extensive collection of T&M software and connectivity tools. ADN Professional and ADN Basic help increase productivity, reduce test costs and decrease time to market.

The trial offer for ADN Professional expires on May 31, 2003.
Prices for the T&M Programmer Toolkit begin at $695. Agilent offers ADN Professional for an annual subscription of $495, which includes full access to the ADN site, regularly shipped CDs, the Agilent Update Manager, and phone and online support. ADN Basic is available free of charge by completing an online registration form.
