12/5/2002 - Kaparel Corporation announced the launch of their 2003 High-Speed Backplane Catalog. The new catalog highlights Kaparelís continued success in custom high-speed backplane solutions, along with their extensive line of standard high-speed backplane products, including the new ATCA Developer Chassis. Kaparel introduced the first backplane catalog to the industry in 1999, and the 2003 edition continues the tradition of providing insight into new innovations in the industry, along with Kaparelís standard off-the-shelf and custom designed high-speed backplane solutions.
The new catalog offers something for designers and OEMs requiring high-speed backplane architecture solutions - those who requiring legacy products, and the established users looking to expand into next generation technologies.
Kaparel General Manager, Tom Sutherland comments, "In the current market, some of our competitors are consolidating their backplane operations, but Kaparel continues to provide solutions for legacy CompactPCI as well as the next generation technologies such as ATCA. This current release of our new catalog shows our commitment to maintain a leadership role in providing high-speed backplane solutions to our customers. It's not just a product listing, but also a great reference tool for system developers."
