11/13/2002 - Digi International® and Lantronix® signed an agreement to dismiss the patent infringement and trade secret lawsuits between the companies. The companies also agreed to enter into cross-licenses to each other's patents, which have been the subjects of the lawsuits.
"This agreement is a positive step for the growth of the emerging remote management and pervasive Internet industries," said Marc Nussbaum, interim CEO of Lantronix. "Our customers' best interests are served by having multiple product and technology options."
