Oki Semiconductor Releases Latest 10 Gbps Optical Receiver Module Designed for High-Speed OC-192/STM64 Fiber Optic Networks

1/14/2002 - Oki Semiconductor, a leading technology partner for the new era of digital communications and convergence, today released a new 10.7 Gbps Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) model of its optical receiver module with a transimpedance amplifier and an integrated Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) preamplifier. Oki's latest OD9652N module is part of Oki's popular line of optical receiver preamp modules, which are designed especially for OC-192-based fiber optic networks that use forward error correction.
