1/23/2002 - Triscend Corporation, the leading provider of Configurable System-on-Chip (CSoC) technology, today announced that Nystrom Computer Engineering (NCE) has adopted the A7 CSoC for its universal security application platform, the A7 Core Module. The first available application built on this platform is a security terminal with biometric identification devices, including fingerprint and visual recognition and PIN activation. A telecom monitoring system is under development.
