1/24/2002 - California Micro Devices Corporation (Nasdaq:CAMD) today announced financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2002, which ended December 31, 2001. Meeting earlier guidance, the company reported revenue of $7.0 million and a pro forma net loss of $0.40 per share, before restructuring and other charges of $4.8 million related to adopting a new manufacturing model. Including these charges, the reported net loss was $9.7 million or $0.79 per share.
