Snow-Cap Receives $20,000 Grant from Cadence

1/28/2002 - Snow-CAP, a non-profit organization serving families in need in East Multnomah County, Oregon, has received a $20,000 grant from Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CDN), the world's leading supplier of electronic design products and services. The grant will allow Snow-CAP to build a greenhouse and to produce a video about its work with low-income and homeless families and individuals. The greenhouse will complement Snow-CAP's successful community garden program and allow it to operate year round. The video will help Snow-CAP to share the work it does with the larger community as the organization seeks support for its mission of caring for those in need.
