ARTiSAN Software Tools Announces New CEO and Adds to Staff

1/28/2002 - ARTiSAN Software Tools, a leading provider of UML (Unified Modeling Language) real-time modeling tools for large collaborative systems and software development, today announced that Jeremy Goulding has been named its CEO and president. Mr. Goulding was hired as Vice-President of International Sales last year from competitor I-Logix. He replaces Caine O'Brien, who recently left the company. The Board wants to express its appreciation of the important contribution Caine O'Brien has made to the Company.
